The trade show for UK clothing and textile manufacturing

Make it British Live! brings UK manufacturers together in one place, so brands, designers and buyers can meet the people who could make their products.

For 2027 the show returns as the Make it British hall, a brand new area at The London Textile Fair dedicated entirely to UK garment, accessory and homeware manufacturers.

The London Textile Fair is the UK's biggest fabric show and already includes many UK textile mills. With the Make it British hall alongside them, visitors can find the suppliers they need to complete an entirely UK supply chain, all under one roof.

The whole UK supply chain in one place

Make it British Live! brings the entire UK supply chain together again. Our collaboration with The London Textile Fair will help you to find garment manufacturers, fabric mills, trim suppliers, machinery sellers, accessory manufacturers, homeware makers, and fabric printers all under one roof.

Kate Hills, founder of Make it British

“Since the Make it British Live! event shut its doors in 2020 there has been no single event where designers and buyers could go to find all the suppliers they need to get their products made in the UK. When The London Textile Fair invited me to collaborate with them on a dedicated UK manufacturer space within their event, it felt like the perfect partnership.”

Back by popular demand

The trade show was set up in 2014 as Meet the Manufacturer by Kate Hills, founder of Make it British. Renamed Make it British Live! in 2018, it ran for six editions and welcomed more than 18,000 visitors before the 2020 event was cancelled due to the pandemic.
