Let's Work Together!
There are 3 ways that we can work together depending on what stage you’re at and what level of support you need
Vetted UK Factory Match
A curated intro to suitable UK manufacturers, for brands that are fully factory-ready.

How it works
You submit a structured brief outlining your product, target quantities, target price, required machinery and upload your tech pack.
I review it personally to ensure it meets my 5 Step Factory-Readiness criteria: clear research, confirmed materials, viable costings, a detailed production brief and clarity on the type of factory required.
If your brief is commercially viable and suitable for UK production, I will match you with up to three vetted UK manufacturers, depending on availability and fit. These are factories I know and trust, not a random list pulled from Google.
This is a fast-track route to the right production partner when you are ready to commit.
Who it's for
This service is for brands that are genuinely ready to move into production.
If you’re still refining your design, don’t have target cost prices, don’t yet have a tech pack or working prototype, or are testing whether UK production is even feasible, this isn’t the right starting point.
Factories expect clarity and preparation. If you’re not quite there yet, Manufacturing Made Easy or British Brand Accelerator will help you get properly factory-ready before you approach them.
The investment
This covers the review of your production brief and direct introductions to up to three suitable UK manufacturers. If your brief is not factory-ready, you won’t be charged, and instead I will recommend one of my other services.

Manufacturing Made Easy
A 5-week live workshop series to get you factory-ready to find your ideal UK manufacturing partner.

How it works
Manufacturing Made Easy is built around my 5-step Factory Readiness Method™️: Research, Materials, Cost, Brief and Locate.
Over five live weekly workshops, we work through each stage step by step so that you have everything in place to reach out to factories.
You’ll clarify your product offer, confirm your raw materials, understand your target costs, create a proper tech pack and identify the type of factory you actually need.
By the end of the five weeks, you’ll have everything in place to approach UK manufacturers with confidence and be taken seriously when you do.
Who it's for
This is perfect for small businesses in fashion, textiles, accessories, homeware, or pet products who are committed to making in the UK but know they are not yet factory-ready.
You may have a strong idea or early samples, but you’re unsure about your margins, materials, specifications or how to approach manufacturers without wasting time and money. You don’t want to spend months emailing factories only to be ignored.
If you’re prepared to do the work and want a clear framework to follow, this gives you the structure to get it right before moving into production.
The investment
This includes all live workshops, replays, supporting templates and group guidance, as well as a curated shortlist of tried and trusted UK manufacturers with low or no MOQs
