The Isle Mill is recognised as the foremost weaver and wholesaler of interior soft furnishing fabrics in Scotland. Having been established for over 230 years, we can proudly boast that we do indeed have a wealth of experience that has been handed down through the generations. This combined with the use of the finest raw materials and a highly skilled workforce in both traditional and modern techniques in the design and manufacturing, allows us to offer a unique experience to any customer who wishes to contact us.
All of our manufacturing is based in Scotland with our weaving factory in the Highlands, our dyeing and finishing in the Scottish borders and our head office located in Perth, the very heart of Scotland, making us, one of the few truly Scottish manufacturers around today.
Over the years we have built up a vast offering and variety of fabrics from very fine sheers through to boucles, meltons and everything in between, all of which are available from our cut length service, as well as larger quantities for contract projects. We also offer a custom and exclusive design service which is becoming increasingly popular, where we can bring to life even the most technical and ornate custom designs, on our jacquard looms, turning customer projects and ideas into reality.
As one of the very few companies still using predominantly natural fibres, we are of course very much aware of the need to continue to support the use of sustainable, durable, biodegradable, recyclable and renewable products. We are therefore now also in the process of investigating and integrating packaging that also conforms and contributes to a greener and safer planet.
