"We love your dresses, this will be our 4th one. They wash so well and still look new, and they seem to fit forever too." (Mrs Iland - Jan 2020)
This sums up everything I aim to achieve when I design the Roundabout collection of reversible dresses, trousers and shorts. Together with my fantastic team of skilled seamstresses, I create classic clothing that I hope will span generations. Using high quality cottons, the reversible designs are comfortable, easy to wear and children love them.
I began Roundabout five years ago to be an original brand crafted for play and adventure with family and friends. Quality is everything; I believe that our clothes are well made and will stand the test of time so, as part of my commitment to sustainability, you can return your cared for items as part of my ‘Roundabout Again’ scheme. For more details about this take a look at the 'Sustainability' section on the website.
When you shop with Roundabout, you are choosing a gift that celebrates the tradition of our great British sewing heritage - share the joy of wearing clothes handmade with care and attention to detail. By choosing original, limited edition designs proudly made in Britain you are supporting small business and investing in the future. Thank you.
You can shop on the website and a selection of dresses are also available at a number of retailers including the gift shop at Blenheim Palace and the Highgrove shop in Tetbury.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Jo Jenkins
Founder and Designer
Jo does all the design work, creating the patterns, grading the sizes and sampling. Based on the beautiful Hampshire south coast, she also cuts everything herself and then sends the pieces to her growing team of very experienced, highly skilled seamstresses who sew the clothes beautifully.
Jo is focused on providing a high quality product, 'it's all about attention to detail and making sure the clothes will be durable, washable and long-lasting'. Handmade with care and attention to detail, we believe in buy better, buy less; choose clothes which will stand the test of time.
Jo only uses 100% cotton for the clothes and sources her fabrics from a number of different UK designers. At the moment, all their fabrics are printed abroad in Vietnam, Japan or the US.
As part of her commitment to zero waste and sustainability, Jo is also keen to support the Better Cotton Initiative . This initiative strives to work with local producers to improve working conditions, prices and the impact of cotton production on the environment. The Reversible Duck and Dinosaur dresses are both handmade using 'better cotton'.
