Based in the highlands of Perthshire, PJ Pan is British through and through, ensuring its entire nightwear collection is manufactured in the UK. Launched in 2008 in a quest to provide a stylish and original alternative to the run of the mill pyjamas available on the high street, the collection includes pyjamas, pyjama bottoms, dressing gowns, nightshirts and pyjama shorts for men, women, teenagers and children. All made in the UK from the finest quality cottons and silks, the designs include cosy brushed cotton checks, pretty floral prints, formal two fold cotton stripes, Liberty fabrics and stunning silk prints. All garments are finished with real shell buttons adding another touch of luxury. Tall customers are well catered for as many of the adult pyjamas and pyjama bottoms are available in a long leg as well as an extra long leg, fitting an inside leg of up to 36 inches. PJ Pan also offer an extensive range of matching family nightwear including matching mother & daughter pyjamas and father & son pyjamas.
PJ Pan pyjamas are all proudly made in Britain in a small family run factory in Wales. The men's t-shirts are made in Leicester and the alpaca bed socks are knitted in Devon.
PJ Pan puts huge emphasis on their fabrics and use only the highest quality cotton mills. The finished fabric is sourced from various mills in Europe, all of which use only the highest quality cotton and silk, sourced from all over the world, including Egypt and USA. They would love to source fabric from the UK, but unfortunately it is almost impossible to find high quality cotton in this country. In 2018 however we were excited to launch our first British made fabric - the white supima cotton which is used in our men's t-shirts. The cotton is grown in California but it is then spun, knitted and dyed in Manchester. Sourced from small haberdashery shops to larger button specialists, the buttons on PJ Pan's pyjamas are all made from real shell and many of them are vintage buttons from the 1930's. The alpaca bed socks are knitted in Devon using wool from alpacas which are reared in UK.
