Since 1937 Pantherella has been designing and making socks in our family owned factory, in Leicester, England. Leicester city has historically had a strong association with the production of textiles, clothing and shoes. The current factory is situated in a housing estate that was built in 1924 and many of our employees live close by.
Pantherella only uses the world's finest yarns to make our premium quality socks, and this is sourced mainly from the best yarn mills in Italy, but also from cashmere suppliers in Scotland. Provenance is important in everything that we do, which includes the yarns that we source from around the world. From Cashmere to Sea Island Cotton, each yarn is selected for a Pantherella sock and has been meticulously sourced from the most respected yarn suppliers in the world. Our sock labels are printed on FSC certified board sourced from James Cropper Paper Mills in Lancashire.
