Fashion-Enter is a centre of excellence for skills development and a fast track production for leading retailers, retailers, designers and start up own label businesses. Garments are made to the highest possible quality standards for client’s orders ranging from a quantity of 1 – 40,000 a week from it’s London based Fashion Studio and Factory and most recently Factory based in Wales.
The Factory is the only UK company that has a leading status in the ethical and technical Fast Forward audit and is also SMETA audited. The core production centres on ladieswear soft separates in both jersey and woven being manufactured by a team of highly experienced machinists that are from 12 different countries. A selection of semi-tailored garments is also produced.
The factory is focused on fast-track quality fashion producing bulk production, from idea concept to delivery, using stock cloth, within a two – three week time frame using an internal system called Galaxius. The Galaxius Management Information System shows complete transparency on who made what and when providing data on real time standard minutes and earnings. This provides FEL with constant improvements in efficiencies for optimum quality production.
In November 2020 Fashion-Enter opened a second factory in Wales Powys, following the sad demise of the Laura Ashley Texplan – over 75 experienced Welsh machinists have now been employed allowing FEL to supply a total of 40,000 garments a week.
