Frock Goddess sustainable fashion

Frock Goddess is an independent British bridal and occasion wear brand in Manchester, UK.

Their focus is on laid back designs and small scale production using sustainable fabrics and ethical methods. They cater for the relaxed, eco-conscious bride offering unique bridal clothing at a fair price.

In response to the growing requirement for smaller/micro-weddings, Frock Goddess have launched their new ‘City Hall Bride’ collection. A range of affordable, ethical clothing for the bride who wants to keep their wedding low key.

The range is fashion-focused meaning the pieces can be worn again after the big day; making them more sustainable and economical. It includes wide-leg trousers, puff sleeves, short dresses, separates, and dresses with pockets. Frock Goddess only uses sustainable fabrics. For example, vegan bamboo silk, organic cotton, bamboo jersey, and even fabric from recycled ocean waste plastic bottles.

The small batch production and simple lines mean that Frock Goddess can offer bridalwear outfits in the range start at under £200.

There is a piece for every bride; lace, puff sleeves, short dresses, separates, belts, & even pockets.

“Our focus has always been on allowing brides to dress for their wedding rather than feeling they have to wear a wedding dress.  Therefore, our new City Hall Bride range takes that concept further in designing fashion pieces that happen to be bride friendly”.

Jenny Haworth, designer and owner of Frock Goddess
