Aga Sova Art workshop

Hand painted silk scarf brand Aga Sova Art comes together with UK jewellery designer IJ Avenue to launch a one-of-a-kind wearable art collection

Aga Sova Art started her journey with painting at a workshop in 2005. From there she knew straight away that she had a passion for creating art and this lead her to starting her own silk scarf brand in 2009.

Looking to work with another artist-driven brand, a collaboration was born from a love of creating wearable pieces to inspire and empower women to create, and support each other.

Aga Sova Art began working with IJ Avenue, a handmade jewellery brand, to create a collection that would showcase both of their artistic skills.

The Girls Gang Collection features 6 one-of-a-kind pieces which bring together the beautiful hand painted silks by Aga and the jewellery touches of IJ Avenue.

Each piece is handmade with love and care in London. The hand painted silk is finished with golden thread to symbolise irresistible luxury that you can easily tie on your wrist.

The friendship that blossomed between the two women founders, as well as the relationships with other women in their lives, is the inspiration behind the collection.

They wanted to empower women to celebrate their feminine relationships with their girlfriends, sisters, mums, or daughters.

These pieces of art can be taken wherever you go to make a statement or to be given as a gift to a loved one.

There are six styles to choose from, but s each piece is handmade they are all unique. No two are alike which is why dimensions and colours are slightly different.

If you would like to find out more about the Girls Gang Collection, Aga Sova Art will be running a Facebook live where she will be showing off the pieces and answering questions. The live will be taking place on Thursday 29th July 12 pm here.
