We utilise over 50 years of knowledge of manufacturing in the UK, to select the best factories to place our orders with, giving our customers access to some of the best factories in the UK.
We have a low minimum order quantity – starting around 100 units per style (can split over sizes and two colours), using our stock fabrics and colours.
We offer two options:
1 Stock Styles – Customer choose the fabric, the style/fit, and the finishing on the garments, then we cut, sew and finish to customers requirements. The application of labels, swing tags, etc, is included in the cost shown on the attached price list. The customer can then ‘decorate’ the garment, via, screen printing, embroidery, branded labels, etc. (see product list attached).
a. Sample of stock items are charged at X2.5 sales price stated on attached price list.
b. Please note, we manufacture ladies and kids clothing, however, do not offer a stock product options, therefore, ladies and kids will have to be bespoke manufacture.
2 Bespoke – we manufacture using the customer’s specific fabric choice and to their specifications.
a. MOQ on bespoke are approx. 100 units per colour (can split over 2 styles).
b. Cost to create your own pattern is £245 (full size set)
If your desired route is bespoke, we provide a design and development service, which allows customers to sit down with our garment technologist and go through in detail and in person their specific requirements. We would then produce teck packs and develop the patterns.
Regarding bespoke orders:
Salesman/photoshoot samples will be charged at X4 production cost, plus printing and embroidery set up costs.
• Print and Embroidery is quoted on sight of artwork
• All artwork must be supplied vectored and to scale for printing and embroidery.
• Labels and Trimmings are quoted on sight of artwork – MOQ for bespoke labels is 500 units.
• Application of labels and trimmings may affect final unit price.

Lead times for bespoke orders are – typically 4-5 weeks + 1-2 weeks for printing/embroidery, after final sample approval.
