Autumn Down we specialise in manufacturing bespoke soft furnishings nationwide. Established in 1988 and with almost 30 years as soft furnishings specialists, you can trust us to deliver high quality products. By serving clients UK wide, we have developed a reputation for producing elegant products for clients in a wide variety of industries.

We use high quality natural and synthetic fillings to manufacture various bespoke items for domestic customers and businesses nationwide, including some of the UK’s most prominent brands. We work with product designers, interior designers, hotel chains and retail businesses to create fantastic products including

– Bench seating for indoor and outdoor use
– Outdoor furniture seating
– Kitchen products
– Pet Products – Pet Beds, blankets, toppers, travel rolls, crate covers
– Some children’s products made from fabrics
We also operate a separate, specialised division of the business which works with the supply of manufacturing Dacron/fibre made from recycled plastic bottles. We have extensive carding line and regularly manufacture Dacron fibre for the bed manufacturing and upholstery trade.

If you are a product designer we work closely with you from taking your idea to developing it with you, advising on the best use of fabrics to the best and most cost effective way to manufacture it and develop it into a product you will be proud to sell.

Delivery
Based in London, we are ideally located to deliver both in the UK and worldwide. Our aim is always to deliver your goods 3 working weeks from when we receive your fabrics (depending on the size of the project)

All fibre and synthetic products are made using the finest of fabrics and fillings and are manufactured to adhere to British Standards.
We have a team dedicated to cater for all your needs, be it for product development, trade customers, hoteliers, bars, clubs, restaurants, interior designers, retailers of small and large brand names, or for individual clients who have special and unique requirements.
