PJ Pan pyjamas are all proudly made in Britain in a small family run factory in Wales. The men's t-shirts are made in Leicester and the alpaca bed socks are knitted in Devon.
PJ Pan puts huge emphasis on their fabrics and use only the highest quality cotton mills. The finished fabric is sourced from various mills in Europe, all of which use only the highest quality cotton and silk, sourced from all over the world, including Egypt and USA. They would love to source fabric from the UK, but unfortunately it is almost impossible to find high quality cotton in this country. In 2018 however we were excited to launch our first British made fabric - the white supima cotton which is used in our men's t-shirts. The cotton is grown in California but it is then spun, knitted and dyed in Manchester. Sourced from small haberdashery shops to larger button specialists, the buttons on PJ Pan's pyjamas are all made from real shell and many of them are vintage buttons from the 1930's. The alpaca bed socks are knitted in Devon using wool from alpacas which are reared in UK.
