Terms & Conditions for Make it British Christmas Competition 2021
The competition is only open to UK residents
All entrants must be aged 18 or over
The prize draw winner will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from everyone that is registered as 'going' to the Facebook event by 2pm on Friday 26th November 2021.
The quiz prize winners will be selected based on the first entry that the judges (Make it British) deem to be correct.
The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified via Facebook messenger.
Winners have 7 days upon receiving notification of winning in order to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed within this timeframe then Make it British reserves the right to draw another winner.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when accepting the prize. Make it British cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Names of winners will be available upon request after the closing date by emailing the editor
Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
Make it British accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description, and member who is donating the prize is responsible for prize fulfilment.
Make it British reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the event. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by Make it British and the prize giver to administer the promotion.
